All orders and payments on services are refundable only with 48 hours service cancelation notice. All other canceled orders for scheduled services will be subject to 15% cancelation fee. All online and in person services are to be paid in advance unless otherwise specified and confirmed by us. All prepaid services are to be used in manner specified per written agreements between the client and Mina Entertainment. All monthly prepaid services must be used within 30 days of payment and unused portions of the service can not be transfered to the next billing period.
Service orders that are already paid for can be rescheduled without any fees or penalties if client notifies us at least 24 hours before the initial scheduled
in person or online appointment.
All orders will be processed in 24-48 hours from a moment of order being received. For purchased goods we currently use USPS and UPS shipping services. We will quote shipping rates upon email request.
